Under Pressure Community CIC is a London-based community interest company creating welcoming opportunities for families, residents and young people to connect, learn and thrive.
We listen first, build with residents and bring the right organisations around the same table.
Sapphire Elizabeth Jones · Founder and CEOSapphire brings lived experience, community insight and years of work supporting people and families. She founded Under Pressure to turn practical understanding into visible local action.

Meridian Water Residents’ Event
A real example of community coordination, resident engagement and partnership delivery.
A day built around residents.
Under Pressure coordinated a welcoming five-hour event at Meridian Water, connecting residents with activities, food, sport and local services. The day created an enjoyable shared experience while opening conversations about future events and community provision.

Our role: Under Pressure Community CIC is developing community-based education and re-engagement programmes. We do not present ourselves as a school or registered alternative-provision provider; formal provision would be delivered through appropriate commissioning and qualified specialist partners.
